1. Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Strucit (the “Service”), provided by Bits – Assistencia Tecnica de Equipamentos de Informatica e Perifericos Ltda., registered under CNPJ 37.165.414/0001-80 and CF/DF 07.979.780/001-26, with its registered office at Setor Habitacional Arniqueira (Águas Claras), SHA Conjunto 4, Chácara 57a, Lote 09, Brasília/DF, CEP 71.994-295, Brazil (“Bits TI”, “we” or “our”).
By accessing, installing, creating an account on or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

- Managed Member: a member of an Organization whose email address belongs to the Organization Owner’s own domain.
- External Member: any other member of an Organization.
- User Content: any data, projects, floor plans, diagrams, images, settings, inventories, network topologies or information entered into the Service.
- Free Plan: use of the Service without charge.
- Paid Plan: any plan purchased through recurring payment.
3. Description of the Service
Strucit is a platform for planning, documenting and visualizing information technology infrastructure, including, among other things: floor plans; racks and equipment; structured cabling; network assets and topologies; wireless (Wi-Fi) network planning; and technical reports.
We may add, change or remove features as the Service evolves.
4. Eligibility
The Service may be used by individuals and legal entities.
Minors may use the Service, for example as members of an Organization of an employer, an educational institution or another entity, under the responsibility of that entity or of their legal guardian.
Purchasing and paying for Paid Plans is allowed only to adults with full legal capacity or to duly authorized representatives of a legal entity. Minors may not purchase or pay for subscriptions.
5. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Bits TI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service while your Account is active.
Except where expressly authorized, you may not:
- copy, resell or sublicense the Service;
- make the Service available to third parties, except through the sharing and collaboration features the Service itself offers;
- modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Service, or try to extract its internal components.
6. Free and Paid Plans
The features and limits of each plan are those published on Strucit’s official pages at the time of purchase.
Bits TI may change the features, limits and characteristics of the plans, subject to the applicable legal and contractual obligations.
7. Subscriptions, Prices and Renewal
Paid Plans are billed in monthly or yearly cycles, or in other periods that may be offered. Prices are shown before purchase, in US dollars (USD) or, for customers in Brazil, in Brazilian reais (BRL).
Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and you authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file. Web payments are processed by Stripe.
Price changes apply from the next renewal and will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance, during which you may cancel the renewal.
Non-payment may result in the suspension of paid features, the cancellation of the subscription and the conversion of the Account to the Free Plan, with the effects of section 11.
Applicable taxes are handled according to the law in force.
8. Cancellation, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time. In that case, the Paid Plan’s features remain available until the end of the period already paid for, and the subscription is not renewed.
There are no automatic refunds of amounts paid, including for unused periods, on monthly or yearly plans.
This does not affect your statutory rights. In particular, a consumer who purchases online may exercise the right of withdrawal within the legal period (in Brazil, 7 days from purchase under article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code; in the European Union and the United Kingdom, 14 days under the applicable law) by writing to support at the address in section 29. Amounts due will be refunded through the same payment method.
9. User Content and Data
You keep all rights to your User Content. Using the Service does not transfer any ownership of it to Bits TI.
You grant Bits TI only the permission needed to store, process, transmit, synchronize and display User Content, solely to provide the Service, including showing it to the people you share it with.
You are responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the right to enter it into the Service.
10. Local and Cloud Storage
Free Plan. Projects are stored on your device. Bits TI has no access to the content of those projects, and you are responsible for their backups and for the security of your device. The Free Plan also lets you keep a limited number of projects in the cloud, shown in the Service. A Free Plan User may take part in other people’s cloud projects they have been invited to.
Paid Plans. Projects saved to the cloud are transmitted to and stored on infrastructure operated by Bits TI or by contracted providers, listed in the Privacy Policy.
You can export your projects at any time with the features available in the Service.
11. End of a Paid Plan
When a Paid Plan ends, through cancellation, non-payment or any other reason, the Account or Organization moves to the Free Plan.
Cloud projects beyond the Free Plan’s limit will be permanently deleted 7 (seven) days after the plan ends; the most recently edited are kept, up to that limit. This applies to every User who no longer has a Paid Plan, including when an Organization’s subscription ends or the Organization withdraws the license it gave them. You will be notified by email when the plan ends and again 1 (one) day before the deletion. Until the deletion, you can export those projects or purchase a Paid Plan again to keep them. A failed payment that is still being retried does not end the plan.
When they are deleted, the Users those projects were shared with lose access to them.
Deleted data may remain in backup copies until the end of their retention cycle, without being used for any other purpose.
12. Account Deletion
You can delete your Account at any time in the Service’s settings. You will be asked to sign in again.
If you have an active subscription, you can:
- delete now: the subscription is cancelled immediately, with no refund of the remaining period (subject to the right of withdrawal in section 8), and the Account and its data are deleted; or
- keep the plan until the end of the paid period: renewal is turned off and nothing is deleted until you come back to complete the deletion.
Deletion is permanent. It removes your personal data and the projects you own, and the Service’s data stored on your device is erased. The following are kept: backup copies, until the end of their retention cycle; tax and billing documents, for the period required by law; and a minimal record of the deletion. You may create a new Account with the same email address.
Deleting the Account of an Organization Owner also deletes the Organization, with the effects of section 13.
13. Organizations
By joining an Organization, you acknowledge that:
- the Owner and the Administrators may add and remove members, grant permissions and manage the Organization’s subscription;
- content shared with the Organization belongs to the Organization, and the Owner and the Administrators may access, change and delete it;
- if you leave or are removed from the Organization, the Organization content you hold passes to the Organization Owner, and your Account is kept on the Free Plan;
- if you are a Managed Member, your Account is tied to the Organization: a request to delete your Account is reviewed by an Administrator and, without a decision, goes ahead automatically after 72 hours, during which the Account remains usable; and if the Organization is deleted, your Account and its data are deleted too;
- if you are an External Member and the Organization is deleted, your Account is kept, without the benefits of the Organization’s Paid Plan.
Deleting an Organization deletes its content.
The Organization is responsible for deciding who has access to its environment and its information and, for personal data entered in its content, acts as controller, as set out in the Privacy Policy (Annex III).
14. Sharing and Collaboration
The owner of a cloud project may invite other Users as viewers (view only) or editors (may change the project), share it with an Organization and create share links.
You are responsible for choosing who you share your projects with and for the permissions you grant. Whoever receives access can see, and as an editor change, the shared content, including in real time.
15. App Store Purchases
When the Service is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the terms and policies of that store and are handled by it. In those cases, cancellation must be done in the store’s settings.
16. Third-Party Integrations and Services
The Service uses or integrates with third-party services, such as authentication, payment and email delivery. Your use of those services may be subject to the terms and policies of their providers. Bits TI is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
17. Artificial Intelligence
Strucit does not use User Content to train artificial intelligence models.
If such use is ever introduced, you will be informed in advance, through these Terms, the Privacy Policy or a specific notice, in accordance with the applicable law.
18. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- carry out unlawful activities or activities that infringe the rights of others;
- distribute malware or fraudulent content;
- access systems, accounts or data without authorization;
- compromise the security, availability or performance of the Service;
- collect data by automated means without authorization;
- carry out penetration tests without prior authorization from Bits TI.
Breaking these rules may lead to the suspension or termination of the Account (section 26).
19. Intellectual Property
Strucit, including its software, interfaces, algorithms, databases, documentation, trademarks, logos and visual identity, is the exclusive property of Bits TI or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any intellectual property rights in the Service.
20. Security and Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which follows the LGPD, the GDPR, the UK GDPR and equivalent applicable law. Bits TI takes reasonable security measures to protect the data processed in the Service.
If you find a vulnerability, report it to legal@strucit.com without exploiting it or disclosing it publicly before it is fixed.
21. Support
Free Plan Users have access to Strucit’s public documentation. Paid Plan Users may request support through the channels listed on the Service’s website.
Unless agreed in a specific contract, no minimum service level (SLA) is guaranteed.
22. Availability of the Service
Bits TI makes commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability. Interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, third-party failures, security incidents or events beyond Bits TI’s reasonable control.
23. Nature of the Information Generated
Strucit is a tool that supports the planning, documentation and visualization of IT environments.
Floor plans, diagrams, coverage maps, placement suggestions, estimates, reports, calculations and other results of the Service are auxiliary and informative. The technical validation of those results and the decisions on the design, purchase, deployment, operation and maintenance of infrastructure are solely your responsibility.
No result of the Service is a guarantee of performance, coverage, capacity, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
24. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors, continuous availability, accuracy of results or compatibility with any environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bits TI is not liable for lost profits, loss of revenue, business or opportunities, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, and its total liability arising from these Terms or the use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid Bits TI in the 12 (twelve) months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where the applicable law prohibits them, including in consumer relationships, or in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
25. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Bits TI for losses arising from a breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, infringement of third-party rights or the User Content you enter, within the limits permitted by applicable law.
26. Suspension and Termination
Bits TI may suspend or terminate Accounts in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, security risk, legal order or non-payment. Whenever reasonably possible, you will be informed in advance and may export your data, unless the law or the security of the Service prevents it.
27. Changes to the Terms
Bits TI may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription or delete your Account before that date. Using the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence.
For customers that are legal entities and other relationships that are not consumer relationships, the courts of the Judicial District of Brasília, Federal District, are chosen. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
